Production Procedure

Stamping
Stamping is a manufacturing process, where sheets or strips of material are punched with the help of dies to form a desire shape. This may be implemented as a single stage operation with every stroke of the press producing the desired form on a sheet metal part, or may be undertaken through a series of stages.
Blanking
The process of Blanking entails the production of a flat piece of material by cutting out the desired shape with the aid of a blanking die in a single operation. The finished part is referred to as a blank. A blanking die is used for those pieces, which do not have internal features, since it cuts only the outer parts.
Bending
The Bending operation bends blanks at a predetermined angle, for example, an "L" bracket which is a straight piece of metal bent at a 90° angle.
